downloading, accessing, or using the PakTutors mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. The Service

Waqas Ahmad ("we," "us," "our") provides the PakTutors app as an Ad Supported app. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is."

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions on Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Service.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The Service is ad-supported and displays advertisements from third-party networks (like AdMob). The Service may also contain links to external, third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Waqas Ahmad.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waqas Ahmad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

2. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Waqas Ahmad ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our Service (the "PakTutors" app).

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Crashlytics) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
